Conflict and change management

This training course introduces to you the concept and management of change for organizations and their employees, and this course is largely based on analyzing aspects of change, and looking at the problems that can be faced in such situations, where the process begins with the formation of work teams to develop a strategic plan for change management and then implement it using the knowledge and techniques they have learned In this course, participants also get the opportunity to listen to change leaders and their successful experiences in managing change. Participants are also subjected to several assessments and exercises related to resistance to change, its effects, and how to deal with it.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to: identify and understand the different sources of conflict / define personal methods of conflict re-solution / apply influence skills and study relationships with others / manage conflicts in teams and participate in effectively solving team problems / use and employ different influence skills according to different situations / practice strategies different ways to influence others emotionally and mentally.
